At National Express Accessible Transport we are trusted to carry thousands of customers on our services every day.
The safety of our customers and employees is our number one priority so, in line with government guidance, we’ve put in place some measures to help everybody travel safely with us.
We are pleased to hold Visit Britain’s “Good To Go” standard in recognition that our business has followed government and industry Covid-19 guidelines, ensuring processes are in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social/physical distancing.
Our enhanced cleaning regime ensures that common touch points are cleaned down regularly. We’ve also introduced vehicle ‘fogging’ to eliminate viruses or bacteria from hard to reach areas.
All of our drivers are provided with PPE, including face coverings, hand sanitiser and gloves. Everybody has received training on how to keep themselves and others safe whilst in close proximity.
At National Express Accessible Transport we are doing everything we can to keep you safe. We need your help too.
