Here are just some of our fantastic team who are helping us to deliver the safest and most reliable accessible minibus services across the UK.
Sarah Gager - Regional Managing Director
Sarah joined National Express in March 2014. She has previously worked for a couple of Global supply chain companies since leaving University. Her technical background took her into a Business Change function initially within IT and then within the UK Function at National Express. Sarah was delighted to accept the Regional Managing Director role for the new Midlands hub which combines all of the modes of transport offered as part of Transport solutions.
'I am a mother to two teenagers, one with moderate, specific, learning differences and the challenges that parents have when you are faced with neurodiversity is a big part of what appealed to me to join Transport Solutions on their exciting expansion journey.'
Duane Henderson - Regional Head of Operations
Duane joined National Express in September 2021. He has worked in the transport industry for 13 years, starting as a driver. Duane has continued to progress in his career and previously held the position of Operations Director for a municipal bus company in the Northwest of England. Duane is a great believer in model shift and getting as many people on transport to reduce the carbon footprint of the business.
'I am a family man who has two amazing children and a wife that I love spending my spare time with. I am a competitive judo player who is a two time British Masters heavyweight champion and I am also a judo coach for children and adults of all abilities and ages.'
Donna Green - Customer Liaison Manager
Donna's career started with National Express at a young age, has held various roles within Bus, Coach and Accessible Transport for over 24 years. Having spent 10 years as an Executive Personal Assistant and working within Accessible Transport for 18 months, Donna was offered the position of Customer Liaison Manager. This role is incredibly rewarding to see the difference that Accessible Transport makes to the lives of the children by getting them from home and to School.
"I am a very family-orientated person who loves nothing more than spending quality time with the children and my partner of 24 years. We have great fun at weekends going on walks with the Dog and enjoy getting ‘lost’. I’m a bit of a bookworm at times and enjoy getting my head stuck into a good book."
